IRS Revenue Procedure 2021-30 updates EPCRS

With Revenue Procedure 2021-30, the IRS has updated its Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS). EPCRS permits any plan sponsor of a retirement plan to correct plan failures.
